This wine was produced by the award winning winemaker Ntsiki Biyela. The grapes for the cabernet were handpicked from the Western Region and placed in French Oak wood for 16 months.
A beautiful dark red wine with loads of red fruits, pepper, and mint undertones. Bold palate with chewy tannins. A good balance of wood, acidity, and fruit, giving this wine a good cellaring potential. Best enjoyed with rich meats, juicy steaks, etc.
