Clear, intense plum color. In the palate, there are fruit jams such as cherry, raspberry, and gooseberry. Notes of sweet chocolate and cocoa. Fermentation (malolactic) provides well balanced fruit and tannins; also, it brings complex flavors, and aromas with great softness and smooth finish.
