Valdiserre Moscato d’Asti D.O.C.G.

In 2002, a family of lawyers (in the Rolls of Milan since 1900) and a dynasty of manufacturers (since 1870) decided to become vine growers and winemakers after the discovery of Loazzolo – a place of steep wooded sunny hills, in the incredible beauty of the Langhe, where they make wines of an incomparable flavor and aroma. Now assisted by the great oenologist Giuliano Noe, this young winery is setting new quality standards. Boasting vines over 50 years old, located at more than 500 meters above sea level, with excellent exposure to the sun, this winery produces wine of rich perfume and beautiful structure.
Tasting Notes: It is straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, made precious by the fine consistent craftsmanship. The nose is intense with ripe apples and apricots. The taste is delicate at the beginning with an effervescent and creamy sensation, to balance the sweetness.
Pairing Notes: Pairs well with fruit based desserts such as apricot or peach tarts, apple pie, almond tart. Ideal with desserts and custards. Also goes well with mature cheese and savory bites, such as Parma ham. Also delicious as an alternative to breakfast mimosas.
